听Online Parent Teacher听Conferences Booking using听Conference听Manager
听New听Families (K – Gr. 8)
听Our school uses an online platform called听Conference听Manager听to schedule parent听conferences. New听families听need to set up an online account to use this system. 听
听Kindergarten parents please set up an account as well, even though there are no conferences for Kindergarten听families听this round. You will use this account for future听conferences.听
The process for booking interviews is broken into the following steps:听
Step 1 鈥� Pre-Register at 听(DO NOT听include 鈥渨ww鈥� in the url)
You can set up a Parent Account by following the link above. Click the REGISTER NOW button and complete the registration form. Your login credentials (email and password) will remain in the system to make it easy to access the听Conference听Manager听in the future. 听
In order to ensure that your email program does not block emails sent from the听Conference听Manager, we suggest adding appointments@schoolsoft.com听to your address book.听
Step 2 鈥� Conference听Manager听Opens to Parents听鈥� 听September 30, 2024 at 6:00 AM.
You can access the Parent Login Page using the link in the Confirmation Email. If you do not receive a Confirmation Email, you can login by going directly to . 听
If you do not have Internet access, you are welcome to contact the office and we will schedule your听conferences on your behalf.听
Step 3 鈥� Book your Parent-Teacher interviews
Select the teachers with whom you want to book interviews. You will see each teacher鈥檚 schedule. After booking your appointments you can print off your schedule. You will also receive an email containing the teacher name, time and location of the听conference. You can log into the system at any time to view your bookings, print, cancel or re-schedule appointments.听 You have the option of submitting comments or questions to the teacher as part of the booking process.听

October 21st 听听鈥�听Conference听Manager听closes at 9:00 AM

听Used Uniform Sale
On Wednesday (Sept. 18) & Thursday (Sept. 19) and Friday (Sept. 20)听 we will be having a used听uniform听sale听from 8:00am 鈥� 4:00pm.听听 The items will be set up in the hallway on the main floor of the school.听听 All items are $5.00 each.
